Please join IPI for this fantastic opportunity to learn about local Indigenous organization's work housing policy across Ontario. Panelists will outline their organizations' work on creating housing policy that addresses the unique needs of Indigenous populations, and how these policies are implemented in communities throughout the province. *
The panel will be made up of four policymakers from the following organizations:
- Chelsea Cambot, Policy Coordinator - Housing and Homelessness Policy Analyst, Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres (OFIFC)
- Bonnie Wilson, Housing Policy Analyst, Ontario Native Women's Association (ONWA)
- Peggy Rice, Policy Analyst, Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (OAHS)
- Juan Gomez, Senior Policy and Research Analyst - Housing and Homelessness, Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO)
